You are responsible for avoiding enquiries about controversial, sensitive or potentially irrational subjects, as it can lead to conflict on e.g. sexuality, religion, politics, etc. Unless solicited, it should be spoken of elsewhere besides the committees of Hoang Enterprises, their artist and their services, as it can lead to heated debate and disrespectful behaviour.

 

For the fandom artwork, we encourage the creation of fanart, however, we will not accept the submission of NSFW works or explicit content. Sexually suggestive or NSFW content will invoke an immediate ban.

Swear words can be used in moderation as he reserves our artist rosters’ responsibility as they would be allowed, please limit the profanity of any of our media as we would like to remain an age-friendly influence.

 

Hoang Enterprises and their artists reserve the right to moderate our media on a judgement passed through the entire roster.

 

Some of our artists reserve the right to have their real names or stage names, please do not use the real names of our artists who have their stage names that we undisclosing their real name at any time.

 

We can assure any third-party companies that we would allow them to interview our artists as long as the third-party companies would give scripted questions for the interview to make sure that is approved before the event starts.

Should we discuss any false accusations or unreasonable statements made publicly or to our associates, we may consider blacklisting you from future events as we'll make a "Suspension Notice" depending on Hoang Enterprises decisions that you would get it Hoang Enterprises's decisions of Anytime or Indefinitely or Lifetime, with or without pay for the rosters, and it has been including Fine Penalty for unprofessionally endangers to the officials, production crews, fellow rosters or attendees, late due date will result in an additional 10% of the fine per month. This may extend to other events that are not directly related to Hoang Enterprises. Further action may be taken depending on the severity of property damages or emotional distress.
